simply match up the dimensions posted here with the description on that amazon link. plus, since the dimensions are the important part, you shouldn't need to know s, m, or l. and since there is no mention in the amazon description of mens or womens, i think it's safe to assume it's unisex.

I really have no clue. My brother gave it to me when he found out I wanted to get into hiking. I offered it back to him, but he said sell it. I can adjust the straps to fit me, to be honest. I guess anyone intersted can just try it on?
