I have (4) Red and (2) Yellow 1156 bulbs for automotive use. They each have 12LEDs on them like you see in the picture. I bought them about a year ago but I no longer have that vehicle and my new car uses 3157s.

LOL I could be wrong but I'm 99.99% sure LEDs don't have filaments so they should work as brake or turn signals. That's why I got so many.
