It's not that hard to understand what he's asking.
He found someone's laptop that he figures has some sexy-time photos on it.
The problem is, they deleted the photos and then deleted them from recyle bin.
So, he needs to recover the photos from the HDD even though they are not viewable to the OS as recoverable.
