Bidding *starts* at $200? You do realize that you can buy a brand new 32 GB iPod Touch for $299 right? And it will be in *actual* new condition and I am positive Apple's return and warranty policies are better than yours.

Anyone that pays that much for this product is getting hosed.

I will pay $50 for the Touch without the FM transmitter.
