does anyone know where i can get a verification that they have at least started to process my application

i submitted it back on march 9th and havent heard word 1

need to find a way to verify something so i can get to close on a house

there are no real people on their phones

following the menu through one system tells me to call another number

and then that system tells me to call the first number

just ask my dad: getting something accomplished with the VA = get a lawyer

well shit

i do have copies of everything ive submitted & confirmation numbers, but getting the info that the school has submitted is not turning out to be easy at all.

hope i dont have to refile and get in the back of the line
