mine:

1. i slept into about 9. not early, but not too late

2. stage two of my paris blondification is done. (by this time next month i will be platinum blonde! ...every time it gets lighter i get more excited)

3. i got stuck in horrible traffic this afternoon. but when i hit my exit i hit every single green light until i got home

4. cody and i had part of our cake tasting today. sweet potato and hazelnut ftw. (they are awesome! http://sweetmemoriesbakery.com/). we havent booked yet though.

5. when i went running today i saw a girl with 2 big dogs and was changing the song on my ipod. as soon as i changed it she asked it i could run around her and the dogs b/c the get as little "excited". i said yes and as soon as i did they went nuts (aggressively). i'm glad i heard her!

6. we got some steak and lamb tips from the meat house today. omg they were delicious.

7. cody and jt finished decorating the hall for me. it's awesome. pics to come soon. hopefully tomorrow.

8. i finshed off the last 1/3 of a bottle of wine tonight. when i opened the new one...i liked it! 2 for 2! (we have many bottles of red wine that we've never tried sitting around here and its not uncommon to open one that is ...mehhhh)

9. we got in the netflix cd for the wii. we can play the "play it now"s without hooking the computer up.

10. Cody and JT just started playing MST3K.

2. i didnt get dressed all day. just spent the day nekkid
3. bought insanity!
4. talked to a good friend of mine who lives in switzerland
5. cleaned my kitchen (i hate a mess)
6. fresh towels warm from the dryer i will enjoy when i hop in the shower before bed
7. did a ton of work and even knocked out a required training module
8. had a really yummy salad
9. registered for my first tri!
10. drank a glass of white wine with cheese & crackers, i felt all fancy and stuff

2. Any morning that I start with a smoothie makes me happy.

3. My sister-in-law didn't have her phone and her car wouldn't start. She was frantically trying to get up with a coworker on fb. My husband saw it, called me, and I tried the coworker (mutual friend) but I had an old number. So I just hopped in the car and went to her house. She found a ride from a neighbor and was gone by the time I got there, but she was appreciative of the effort which made me happy.

4. Another SIL one! Her squeal of excitement when I invited her to the TB event was worth the hours and resulting zombie I was the day after winning hundred times over.

5. I had an awesome lunch with my brother at Sitti. We had really great coversation

6. I napped this afternoon, and it was a goooooooood nap.

7. The wine I'm drinking right now is really good.

8. wickett has been cuddled up next to me and Sabrina just hopped on the couch to curl up with me--couch party!

9. The landscapers finally edged our grass today and it looks really good

10. Justin, like he always does and i still flutter every time he does, thanked me for cooking dinner. It's the little things.

5) the study animals i got around to after a week in Columbia were all alive, including the one whose tail is rotting off as maggots eat it away
6) my favorite snake that was beaten nearly to death a few weeks ago looks like he's gonna pull through
7) my new place is half the drive to my study site compared to the last one (20 vs 10 miles)
8) no tick bites
9) my hangover was short-lived
10) i saw about a dozen terrapin heads poking out of the water at the bridge

i know, pretty lame, but i had to stretch it.

1. Slept surprisingly well at the in-laws. I'm usually sore the next day.
2. Quiet morning
3. Thee Lunch Special w/ onion rings from Provisions for lunch.
4. Watching Sabrina enjoy the beach smells.
5. Getting some sun, but not getting burnt.
6. Reading a good book on the beach.
7. The hot shower I had after returning from the beach...those are the best ever. Could have only been better if shower was outside.
8. Grilled skrimp was yummy.
9. Still reading good book on in-laws' screened porch with vino (now beer bc I finished half
bottle of vino).
10. Fireflies...the bug not the song.

7. Dad called yesterday, seems to be doing better.

1. saw my parents this morning. it'd been awhile
2. one of my favorite people got married today and she looked very happy during and after the ceremony
3. i clean up nice and have pictures to prove it

6. there was hardly any traffic on the drive home
7. the music on the radio was actually good for about the entire time i was driving
8. the weather was glorious from about gastonia south
9. 31 miles per gallon
