Anyone tried them? I heard about them on the radio, and I figured what the hell I might as well give it a shot. Does anyone else have any experience with these things?

A quick glance on their website shows that their ready-to-drink smoothies have 2 servings in a bottle.

Oh god another diet fad

Just take a multi-vitamin and eat real fruit and you'll get the same effect.

Seriously, don't buy this overpriced crap. Exercise, drink lots of water and eat balanced meals and you'll lose weight.

if you want to loose weight just go easy on the junk food and eat less of everything. also don't drink any of your calories. you dont even need to exercise.

seriously .. my dad just lost like 40 lbs do to an allergic reaction he had ... had to get off of processed foods completely. Dude is under 190 (hes about 6-1) for the first time in over 30 years, and looks really good. Doesn't really exercise, maybe outside of a weekly job or walk on the weekends.
