i was at a bar yesterday and we went out onto the porch to smoke...the porch which had nobody else on it...nobody eating outside...and the management is like "sorry you cant smoke on the porch during dinner hours"...that seemed a little douchey considering we ran up a $2000 tab

Hey smokers, that was the point of the law, to get smoke out of the restaurants and away from the customers. By standing at the door or window of the establishment, you are defeating the purpose of the law. Quit crying (there are equal amounts of whining from both sides ITT), move a couple feet to the left or the right, and finish your cigarette.
