Blockbuster Express says that DVD's are only $1 and you can return it at anytime.
well i rented one, took a week before i watched it, returned it and got hit with a $9 fee.

then i call BLOCKBUSTER EXPRESS customer service and they explain that its $1 a night!!!!!
