Bergin pulled both out and proceeded toward the deputy, Chamberlain said. The deputy reloaded and shot barbs into the man’s arm. “The second jolt was enough to convince him to cooperate with the deputy,” Chamberlain said. Bergin was placed under arrest for third-degree assault. No one was cited for indecent exposure and the homeowner agreed to turn the music down. "
