The latest incident at the Phillies home ball park comes after two nationally publicized confrontations, where one fan vomited on six people, while another fan had to be Tasered by Philadelphia police on camera."

there's not really a way to tell if the kid is actually drinking from it or just gumming the top, i mean kids do that shit all the time. i'd be willing to bet there's a fair number of people on this messageboard that have pictures of them as children doing the same thing.

and this is not a first, either this season or last a guy got arrested for intentional buying a 5 year old a mikes hard lemonade, might have been Minnesota or Milwaukee.

One of my most fond memories of childhood was when my dad let me take a sip of his beer. It was before we moved to NC, so I would have had to have been no older than 7

I, too, fondly remember sipping from my father's beer and feeling cool for it.

I also remember the first time he let me have a beer to myself. I was about 9. I couldn't finish it because I thought it tasted awful in anything more than a small sip.

What a crock.

I can't believe that at least some of you don't see this for what it is -- an empty $9 plastic beer bottle filled up with water from the water fountain to avoid buying a $5 water bottle.
That people actually think someone would give a 9 dollar beer to a very small child in front of thousands people....is fucking nuts.

I don't know if this is an under- or over-application of Occam's razor, but damn.
