I understand wanting to group channels by subject matter but did you have to mix in ondemand and premium channels

I got a 12 month intro rate on RR and 18 month on cable

After six months, they tried to sneak a $25 rate increase in on me

I spent like eight days on the phone straightening it out

I'm still confused why there is even an option for the SD channel. If I set my box up for HD and it's connected via HDMI and/or optical audio it should freaking auto-tune to the HD channel, and the SD version should just disappear into neverland unless I reset my box for SD.

Or some filters, or something.
