Anyone know if they have any good beer specials right now?

Last time I rolled through there they had $6.99 12 packs of Magic Hat Vinyl Lager but that was like a month ago...

I filled up at the gas station across from it last night.

Pretty sure something was on special, but the only thing I remember from the sign is 2 packs of Newports for $6.19.

They had some Sierra Nevada Glissade Bock for $3.50 a six pack last time I was there, not sure if there is any left though.

#9 is one of those beers that is fantastic off the tap, but in a bottle is just "good".

#9 and Vinyl are the only Magic Hat's that I like. Lucky Kat and Howl are terrible. Never tried this Single Chair that I see mentioned on their website.

Also, Peace St. Market is right around the corner from my office. They have a great selection, okay prices (i.e. still expensive), and straight awful people working there. Overall it's a good place to pick up craft beer.

i have not. i LOVE their summer and the brooklyn brown of course. i think those are actually the only two i've tried. no - i know i've tried one more but i can't remember what it was

i hope i'm going to make it to NYC in august after the bar exam (august or sept) and the brewery tour is on my list of things to do this time.

i also might not come back

because i didn't want to last year

Peace Street Market has a pretty impressive beer selection for what it is... it's equal or better than the 6/12 in Mission Valley

I used to go there all the time since my girlfriend at the time lived like a 1/2 mile from it. I'd see the SAME guy behind the counter every week and he'd make me recite all my information every time. Right after my 22nd or 23rd birthday he asked me my age I mistakenly said my old one and the motherfucker wouldn't cash me out. But it was convenient and had good beer so I kept going back
