I imagine that you are in the Lythgoe's house. They are nice townhouses. I have lived here for 6+ years and love it. I am another homeowner/neighbor for these guys. You will not find a better place to live - overlooking the lake, walking distance to the disc golf course, 2/3 of a mile from the golf course, floating docks and greenways galore. Not to mention impeccible access to I-40, downtown, etc. This is a steal. I have seen these houses rent for as much as $1650/month for a 3 BR/3.5BA.
