My parents have a horse that is over 30 years old. For the past couple of summers this heat has really been getting to him. Breathing really heavy and not eating much.

We went to see him today and he was in his stall, laying on his side. His tongue was hanging out and he was making some heavy heavy breathing noises. He's been having trouble breathing all summer. He kept trying to stand up but couldn't.

Probably going to put him down tomorrow. He was finally able to stand up again but he still will not come out of his stall.
