I wanted a telescope so I bartered with my friend and got this one from him but it turned out to be too big for my place. So I'm looking to either sell it or trade for the skinnier kind or some powerful binoculars.

I have no idea what this is worth, what the specs mean, or how to use it.

really? many kinds? i don't know what kind I have other than what you see on the label. my scope or whatever that is called seems longer. and i can't recall if mine is reflector or refractor or really what the difference means

It’s obviously a reflector telescope from the look of it. Yours does look different than the pictured one.

It’s most likely the Meade 114EQ-AR not AST.

yeah i'm pretty sure now it's also the Meade 114EQ-AR and comes with the two eyepieces
the specs are identical to the one listed on meade website
