it should be mandatory, IMO...just like you should HAVE to prove you're an "organization" to get a .org

for example, digital playground could keep its .com address for the COMPANY, but all porn should be hosted on a .xxx domain

i like the idea that domains identify the category in which the site's content should (roughly) fall...restricted domains lend credibility to a site's content

when anyone can use them, it becomes pointless
