We were having a little party and the lights went out!

I guess it was black in my neighborhood for about 30 mins when we gave up and went to get breakfast. Western Blvd was dead from Powell Dr to the beltline, then Hillsborough street was dark from the smoker friendly to the roundabout at Pullen. No traffic lights, people hanging out in front of bars... it was pretty cool. Power was on by the time we got back around 2:30.

Anyone know what caused it?

lots of times, it's squirrels on the busswork,

or a snake or tree branch will fall across 2 power lines


and sometimes drunk college kids climb fences and climb cap breakers too!

TIME OUT WAS CLOSED AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED.

BUT TWENTY MINUTES LATER THEY WERE OPEN AND MY BELLY GOT FULL.

yeah, it was kinda little... but that's what happens when you don't plan it until 6:30.
