So what's everybody making/eating for the fourth?

I made 4 batches of beef short ribs this morning that are in the slow cooker.
Some pasta salad (oil based dressing, not mayo )
Homemade mac n' cheese

And of course, plenty o' booze

and def cole slaw, pasta salad, some sort of burger/steak/ribs, hot dogs, apple pie/cobbler OR peach cobbler yum.

that isn't what i'm eating. that is just what i wish i was eating

Burgers
potato salad
onion dip and chips
beer

On a side note, to show my patriotism, I drank all the Canadian beer in the house before midnight last night. All American beer consumption on the 4th. YAY!

I worked Friday night and have to work tonight too, so I will probably eat something from the freezer section.

I'm working on a sort of chicken bbq which might suck, one of my friends is making ribs, another has corn going on and some other things.

I'm not 100% on what all we'll have. I kinda don't care since I got sick last night and am having a hard time thinking about food (let alone standing up or trying to walk around or do anything at all), but it should be good.

I made some chicken with Bone Suckin' Sauce and sausages. A very uninspired 4th of July
