I think that Peyton Strickland had a photo like this surface on the internet shortly before he was murdered by the police.

Peyton was not in the photo actually. All you have to do is be friends with someone on facebook who has a photo of a gun and then you are dangerous. All he has done is put himself in danger. If you recall, the dudes holding the gun didn't die. They also blamed it all on Peyton because he was dead and couldn't defend himself in court. They didn't even go to prison. Solinari has simply made himself a prime target for the police because he has a picture of a gun owner.
