Most people aren't too excited about spending 3 months in a jail. Sure, it's less than years, but it's 3 months in fucking jail man. Not to mention this means you can't do any kind of drugs and for an addict that is scary as fuck. I doubt she was completely off drugs, she was probably just doing shit that didn't show up on drug screens.

And inpatient rehab isn't exactly a blast either. A lot of people really get a lot out of it, but a lot of people turn tail and run before they can even make it out of detox.
