While my payments are automatic draft to save some interest, I still do go out to the site to make additional payments, adjust my draft, view different things. I just logged in to the new site today and this thing is horrible.
Even when I login on the main page, I then have to login to different sections that are just internal links within the same site.
I want to update my email address as well as up my monthly payment. However, after I sign in successfully on the main page, if I click on "edit my profile" it asks me to register/sign up with CFNC...even though I am already logged in it acts like I am not only not logged in, but like I do not even have a CFNC account. The only options it gives me on this register/sign-in page are based around prospective students/loan applicants or parents of prospective students so I don't think trying to register myself would help; it would probably just make stuff more confusing.
Luckily with my payments on autodraft they are still going on like normal for now.
If anyone on here had used the previous versions of their site and still have an active loan, can you tell me if you are having the same problems? The site is basically unusable.
Then again, maybe I am asking too much from this site. This is also the same site where, on the previous version, I successfully updated my profile address on the website only to continue to get mail sent to my old apartment. When I called their help line to figure out why this happened they explained that "changing your address on the website only changes it on the website. If you actually want it changed in our mailing database you need to tell me what your address is or email your new address here"
