Ive a 120 GB Seagate drive that has a bad logic board. Im trying to see if I can pull data off of it without spending 40 bucks for a new one.

I know you need to match a bunch of stuff but I was hoping someone had one lying around I can try. Ill post up the numbers Ive got on this in a bit.

kiddies, a $100 network NAS for your backups are worth their weight in gold.... approximately. Depends on model.

good freaking luck.

if your friend wants to save their data, have them pony up the $40 and buy a drive off ebay.
