I love the fact so many people consider these "liquor cycles". I have a license, a car and a camper van but probably drive my little 50cc 3X as much as the others. I do live in downtown Raleigh though. However a little goo-gone and some decal removal and nobody will know that it's a 125.

how much and do you need a license....and what does it take to get a scooter license....and are these easy to steal.....

i'm moving downtown and thinking of getting a scooter but i've never driven a motorcycle before

^you have to go to the dmv and take a written test to get a motorcycle permit.
anything over 50cc you are supposed to have tags, insurance and motorcycle permit/endorsement
yes they are easy to steal
