So I currently live in Pensacola, FL and I have the option to stay here or go to Corpus Christi, TX for my next stage of "training" and I dont know if I should. The likelyhood of it is that I would be back here in Pensacola for the next part. Lots of pieces to this but based off of locations, what yall think?

moving sucks and is expensive

my roommate told me he could carry some boxes down to Raleigh on his way to Columbia, SC a while ago so I'd been planning for that

but now he just backed out because he wants to get home quickly and doesn't need additional detours - Google maps tells me that going through Raleigh adds 20 minutes to the trip (yikes! what a detour!)

fuck it, I'll have to rent a car then and flush $300 down the Avis toilet

its actually 14 minutes out of the way and then I'm assuming maybe 20-30 minutes for the drop off and city driving - adds less than an hour to the trip and I was going to give him like $50 for it

also HE offered and then backed out - I didn't ask him

I think he's mad because my roommate and I are both leaving NYC and he will have to move to a new apartment because he doesn't have enough money to take on the lease by himself and he's not industrious enough to find 1 roommate (I already found him another) for August
