to me it seem like the added time never adds up to the wasted time during the game for scoring, injuries, lollygagging throw ins and such, that what it seem like to me

also, there is no clock

i think if you had a stopwatch and added up the honest stoppages (injuries, bookings, and substitutions), the time you ended up with would match the added time to within 30 seconds, which is how much might be given anyway if a team was on a run when the clock reached full + stoppage time
