That vid is weaksauce and donuts in the parking lot are the least of your worries. I'd wager that at least half the TWW Garage regulars have done far worse to vehicles that they actually own and drive on a regular basis.

Hell, I'd be more concerned with buying a car that has gone 20k between oil changes than one that was well maintained and had the occasional set of burnouts.
