I’ve gotten an offer to move in the spare bedroom at a friend’s house, but I already renewed my lease at Campus Crossings through next July. Nothing wrong with the place, I just got a better offer to live in a real house.

*$550/month, utilities included
*Living room, kitchen, and dinner nook, bedroom with its own fairly spacious bathroom.

My roommate has the couch and TV, so you don’t have to worry about those. Since I’m moving in to a house that’s all furnished, I’ll either be selling or storing my stuff (silverware, dishes, dinner table, bed) so if you need that kind of stuff and would rather me leave it for you, lemme know. The bedroom is painted a lightish blue and the bathroom is a sorta dark green. I’m planning to paint it over before I move out, but if you like it, I can leave it.

The community itself is pretty swank: pool, gym, lots of special events. The biggest one is probably Coolerpalooza, near the start of summer: take yourself and your cooler of beer to the pool and hang out all day. Plus, there’s a DJ.

They run a shuttle to Talley every 15 minutes before 1pm and 30 minutes after that, and it’s pretty quick. Both times we’ve put in maintenance requests for minor stuff, they’ve gotten back to us the same day. And they always have cookies at the office, so you get a little snack when you go pay rent.

I’m looking to get out of here as soon as I can find someone, so let me know if you have any questions and I’ll do everything I can to help ASAP.
