They encouraged my year but I dont think it was mandatory yet. I think that was the year after. They did make you do if it you got an underage drinking ticket though.

I thought it was university-wide but I am basing that on very little. All I remember is I did it because I was told I had to and didn't really care.

i'm pretty sure it was 2007 or 2008. wasn't mandatory when i was a freshman in 2006, but i do remember hearing folks whining about it and seeing the flyers saying it was mandatory for all freshmen posted in the dorms when i was working there.

I've been thinking about offering a alcohol EDU seminar. Here are the main topics I'm working on:

- The point at which it is better to stay up all night instead of thinking you can go to sleep and still get up for your test.
- Hangover prevention.
- Hangover management.
- Alcohol concealment.
- Pretending you're not drunk.
- How to deal with law enforcement.

I think I could fill the auditorium at $5 a head.
