you might want to include important information such as square footage, PRICE, pictures? And is it 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms? Or is it 2/3 of a bedroom? Pet-friendly? Stuff like that....

1200 SF. 2 or 3 bedrooms depending on the setup. 2 Full Bathrooms. Walk-up, partially-finished attic that can be used as an office or place to chill. No basement. Washer/Dryer not provided. Pet-friendly, but no more than 1-2 dogs/cats.

I seriously considered buying a house on Bilyeu one time. I like that neighborhood, but they don't come up for sale often and I decided the one I looked at was a little too small and a little too far on the fringes of the neighborhood.
