You asked for vacation for week at beach with lots of family, it's denied due to workshop conveniently occuring that week. You stay because even though you hate your job you could either move forward or not at all.

So your bf says he's gonna go to see your family without you at the beach, and he does. What are your thoughts?

It sounds like things aren't going your way at work, and at home

The reason for that is probably due to the lack of blowjobs given by you to all parties involved. You have no one to blame but yourself.

haha well he had a business meeting in augusta so when that was over he headed to the beach. The cheating or feelings for a family member is not an issue.

I think it's cool he's comfortable chillin with my family I'm just jealous

All I know is I wouldn't go to the beach without him if his family was chilling. Of course, my family invited him cause they knew I couldn't so I guess that's different.

Fuck I want to quit and head east.

Whoever voted it NSFW wasn't logged in at the time. I'm gonna require you to be logged into T-Dub to vote in the next release.

^^^haha, unforseen advanced function
surprised you don't have a log showing who flagged a thread... that way you could somehow prevent abusers from such functions

I foresaw it, I just didn't much care. The problem is that since the script reported the voter's username as "undefined," it got linked to Undefined in my database. I didn't foresee that.

[Edited on August 4, 2010 at 8:14 PM. Reason : So I do log who votes on what posts.]

ah, you do have a log

so if someone flags a thread multiple times does that get logged or does it just overwrite it? cause I know I clicked the nsfw tag multiple times before realizing there's no feedback or link mouse hand (I thought is was broken... until I went to the section list and realized it was tagged ... /stupid)

Ill be one of the first to tell work to fuck off when there is something Id rather do such as a family vacation. Definitely of the mindset that retirement is wasted on old age.

However, there are those times where you need to take one for the team and stay at work even though "everyone" else is having fun.

As for your significant other vacationing with your family without you....isnt this a good thing? I mean, you could be in a relationship where family doesnt get along with your bf.

Be happy that he is able to take the time to grow closer to your family.

Every user gets one vote on every post. I haven't finished coming up with the necessary UI elements for feedback, and I haven't created any kind of mechanism for modifying a vote besides me going in and deleting the record. I'm probably not going to put that much effort into it, because at that point, I might as well be implementing it on the Wolf Web proper.

I didn't read all of the responses closely, BUT...

I frequently spend time with my husband's family without him. I even did so prior to having a child with him and prior to our marriage. I really love his family. They treat me like one of their own and I am included in family activities. When my husband has to work and there is a family gathering, I go. At the very least, I'm able to fill in his family in on what's going on with my husband. It's totally not weird or wrong for him to go without you.
