I drove to downtown bethesda to grab lunch, and as i was feeding the meter some quarters, I feel a tap on my shoulder. Turned around, and it was this business development guy I used to work with in new york. His office was right down the hall from mine.

Turns out he left the company soon after I transferred. Lives and works down here now. I certainly didn't expect to run into his ass on the sidewalk.

a girl i went to elementary school with in NJ moved away when we were in 5th or 6th grade and no one really ever heard from her again. fast forward 9 years later....i sit down in one of my classes the first day of my sophmore year of college in NC and i ended up sitting next to that same girl. she immediately recognized me. talk about random.

One of my friends from NY randomly ran into one of her middle school friends while living here in Raleigh. She ended up being murdered shortly after. It was the high profile killing about six years ago...Not the Cary jogger/Cisco guy's wife, but the other one.
