I will help you out, my retarded friend. Since you have the reading ability of a 3 year old and lack the necessary reading comprehension skills and therefore can't grasp the concept communicated earlier, I will restate what I have already said, but with a few more details: I would have called it brand new, as it is in excellent condition, the cards are still even wrapped in plastic, there are no dents/markings/etc on any item, and I cannot recall even one time when this set was used; however, because some chips are missing, it must not be brand new.
