I've been drinking a lot of Evan Williams Honey Reserve. All due to a bartender at Bada making a very yummy drink with Wild Turkey American Honey. The Evan Williams is like half the price, so that's what I've been keeping here at home.

For cheapish yet tasty liquor:

Two Fingers tequila - personally I can't tell much difference in tequilas, this is good to me
Southern Comfort - mix with rose's sweetened lime juice for awesomeness
Castillo Rum - this is LITERALLY bacardi with a different label and sold for less money
Jim Beam Black - not that cheap but great
Carolans Irish Cream - I'm not gay so I don't drink this by itself, but it makes some good mixed drinks and it's cheaper and better (IMO) than baileys.
Burnetts Vanilla - this is not a good liquor, but it tastes great mixed with diet A&W root beer so I get it anyway, besides I think expensive vodka is a rip-off anyway, the more expensive it is the more it tastes like water, if I'm paying a lot for something I want to taste it

A fifth of Country Gentleman gin costs $5.95. It comes in a plastic bottle. You can take the label off, put blue food coloring in it, and leave it right on the sink in your room (if you have a room sink). Everyone will think it is mouthwash. It is delicious and good for you.
