You know what? You guys and gals are ALRIGHT OKIE-DOKIE in my book. Nothing like getting a phone call from one of the elderly members of our community at 4:00am in the morning. I mean, I can't recall the last time I've ever spoken to a grumpy/mean old person at 4:00 in the morning, and I talk to quite a few. They are always nice, like they are excited to be alive and get out of the damn bed. If I ever get a phone call at 4:00 in the morning from someone in their 20's or 30's, they are ALWAYS grumpy as hell. As the day progresses, my observations have shown that the charactertistics of these two age groups of elderly versus "others" changes... As night falls, the younger group is easier to work with, but 9pm rolls around and you better have your damn answers ready for Gran'paw Peter or he's gonna verbally whoop your ass through the phone. These old people have a helluva short temper and an attitude at night, like if they go to sleep they are afraid they won't get to see tomorrow or something.

Anyways. Bless you old people, for helping me to start my mornings right. I hope your afternoon naps are peaceful and relaxing.
