I totally agree with this sort of punishment. Actually teaches someone a lesson... If this guy is worth 50+ million, what the hell would a 500 dollar fine mean to him? And compare that to a student who is paying his own way through school. Who do you think will be speeding again, risking not only their own but other drivers lives as well.
