Docker's.

Any time I try on a normal looking pair of docker's shoes in my size, they're comfortable as hell and they don't look like ass and they don't cost too much. They last a pretty long time too.

Outside of that, it's usually what I catch on sale walking through the men's shoe section at Sear's.
