I am looking to upgrade the stock 160GB hard drive in my mid 2009 macbook pro. Trying to keep it under $70. I am currently looking at:

- Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD6400BPVT 640GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache $70
- Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD5000BEVT 500GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache $60
- Seagate Momentus 7200.4 ST9500420AS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache $60
- Western Digital Scorpio Black WD5000BEKT 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache $70
- Western Digital Scorpio Black WD3200BEKT 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB $60

What are your thoughts on these drives? Other recommendations? Is there any reason to consider drives other than WD or seagate?

i would love to have a solid state drive. the cost per size is an issue. the main reason i want to upgrade is for more space. it would also be nice if that came with increase performance. it should also be noted that i am setting up a bootcamp partition so i can run autocad.

leaning towards the 500gb scorpio black. but while we are on the topic of ssd. which one would you reccomend?
