by looking at the new users list, it doesn't look like the tunnel painting worked as well as last year with recruitment

i think its because the technician did a story, no one wants to be part of anything the technician makes out to be cool.

The freshman are too new to have a strong opinion on the Technician. I'm pretty sure they realize TWW is a wretched shithole and decide not to waste time with it.
