So, for ages, people raised chickens, collected, washed, and ate the eggs.
Now, people are enslaved by their dependence on factory food, and millions of eggs get wasted because people are too alienated from nature to know to wash their eggs, (like every decent pastry chef already does.)

i have never washed my eggs before cooking them.



and hell, i grew up in the grocery business-we purposely bought the cartons with a broken egg or two in it
