I know some of you probably need housing on short notice, as the semester has just started!
Listing this for a friend of mine, who is the owner and will be managing the rental. I lived here for just shy of 2 years, and was very happy with both the property itself, and the location. The townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit, in Hunters' Creek but actually on Kaplan Drive rather than the little side road. It's a good-sized place, 1650 square feet on two stories. Downstairs has living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and the largest bedroom (which also makes a great den/family room/TV room). Upstairs has a loft (makes a great office area), master bedroom with private bath, the third bedroom, and another full bath in the hall. Tile floors downstairs (installed last year) except for the bedroom, carpet there and upstairs. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and washer/dryer included. Large deck with storage room, 2 spaces off-street parking and more available on street. The location is great--short walk to a wolfline stop, even shorter to a CAT bus, just down the street from Cook Out and the Western Blvd. shopping/restaurants, close to 440, short drive to campus. Frisbee Golf course and Kentwood Park immediately next door, quiet neighborhood after that, nice place to go running/walking.

I live in this neighborhood, and it's pretty solid. It's quiet, and if the unit is anything like ours (I think each is laid out roughly the same inside), I've enjoyed it.
