We have loved living at Auston Grove and the ONLY reason we are looking to sublease is we have decided to buy a house and are on a time crunch.
We have lived here three years and have nothing but positive things to say. The community was voted 2009 community of the year, the staff are amazing (shout out to Kalie, Lori, Chris, and Chris!), and we have a beautiful apartment with 1100 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 walk in closets, crown molding, chair rails, 9 foot ceilings, and a sun room. It has been kept in pristine condition by yours truly. We have also already installed light fixtures into all the rooms.
Our maintenance man lives right across from us, a teacher next to him, a nurse upstairs, and a SILENT neighbor next door who works 2nd shift. We have a corner lot that faces a huge grassy area. The pet fee is already paid!
Our rent includes cable and high speed internet, laundry facility, gym facility, a pool, 2 grills, and free dvd check out through the office. You are 5 minutes tops either way to 540 or 440.
We are waiting to hear back from our Realtor and are looking to move out at the end of September. Make us an offer.
