I get back from the library and this guy has scraped the side of my car trying to park his car.







Sorry for the image quality I took this with my entry level virgin mobile phone using my netbook as a light.

The police were there and everything and the guy gave me some money to get it fixed but id rather put it to my "fix the check engine light fund" and hold off on the the repairs a few weeks. So:
(1) Will the reflector pass inspection
(2) Can I put something cheap and temporary on the paint (wax?) to protect till i buff it and put some more paint/clear coat on it (or pay someone here to do it?). Most of the white stuff is his paint and not bare metal.
