Give me helpful mnemonic devices to tell them apart.

I've gathered that both of them are attractive young ladies who each post amusing quips about their lives, are working hard to get back into shape and who have questionable taste in music, but at that point they might as well be Skwinkle, am I right?

At least one of them has a law degree, is unemployed, has a torn hamstring and/or severe shin splint issues, and is dating tschudi. But I have no idea who belongs to what.
