I need rackmount gear;

PoE Switch, UPS, Servers, and a freaking NAS or SAN unit. Preferable to have SATA drives capability.

^^did you check monoprice? I've never seen their price beat without a heavy-duty sale.

you can go to lowe's and get a 1000ft spool of cat5 for about $60+tax. they do take cash, i'm pretty suure.
