Well I moved back to Alaska in 2006 and finally escaped the great white north. Im stoked to be back in the real world. I think waking up in Holly Springs would be an improvement over Fairbanks, but I think Boston may actually be a nice place.

Yeah, bdmazur, MrsCake and myself have been up here a short amount of time. bdmazur and myself were looking for a place to watch the WCU game, but couldn't find any (it IS the WCU game, haha).

I've heard from some BC coworkers that one of the local channels turns into an ACC channel when the season heats up, so maybe we can catch some bigger games. I'd have no problem trying to meet somewhere.

MrsCake and I are somewhat outside the city, and I'm not sure where bdmazur is at. You in the city, or outside it?

I live in Beacon Hill. I dont have Comcast setup or I'd be all over the ESPN3 feed. Kinda pissed we are playing BC in Raleigh this year, dont want to wait a year to see another ncsu game.

^^ Comcast doesn't have ESPN3 (I tried to get in with my Comcast account), only Verizon and I think AT&T crap internet. Though, my friend also told me you can get ESPN3 with a PlayOn account, but I don't know if it's worth it.

Apparently I was wrong. Comcast does have ESPN3. i don't even think I needed to login, it just worked on my computer, so I don't know whats up. All i know is I'm watching the game at my place.

My bff, and ncsu grad, has been in Boston for the past 5 yrs getting her phd on at BU...she's moving back in 2-3 months though having landed a sweet research job at duke

There is an ncsu group that gets together somewhere for games...I dunno where though
