ok, I'll start

exhibit A: ham sandwich

mayo, mustard, lettuce

that's just a basic one though

I guess if I went to subway or whatever sub place I might put more on it than just that

Today I went to Gardeners Market and got the "New Orleans" which had cajun chicken, muenster cheese, red pepper, baby greens, and honey mustard.

They were out of prosciutto, no Capri for me.

I was pissed.

I would like an ABC from the Rockford right now, but that might have to wait until this weekend.

my creation: grilled chicken, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, prosciutto, fresh mozz cheese panini

i also love avocado blt

avocado blt with turkey

grilled cheese, avocado and tomato

chickens salad

grilled mozz cheese, spinach, pesto, tomato sandwich on pumpernickel (also good with added proscuitto)

veggie sandwiches with cheese, oil and vinegar (or balsamic, etc) on grainy bread and spices (oregano)

MMM i freaking LOVE sandwiches. at school sometimes i'd just pack an avocado and mozz cheese sandwich on pumpernickel. yum.

EGG SALADDDDD

andi love that changing the bread can totally change the sandwich experience. you got bagels, wheat bread, potato bread, rye bread, pump, hoagie, wrap, spinach wrap, croissant, bun, onion bun, etc, etc
