Managed to get through after 25 minutes of waiting, just to find out that the internet account is literally set to "Slow Speed Internet" or something. Can't get it fixed without getting the account owner to call it in.

Son of a bitch, forgot the cable box doesn't work so I need to get that replaced if I'm going to watch football today. Anyone know if I need the account details before I take it to the Service Center to get it swapped out?
