I just got some red lip gloss (more of a stain than anything) in the mail today

wouldnt pair red lipstick with a smokey eye

too much going on

red lipsticks with blue undertones can whiten teeth
they also are for fair skinned folk

reds with orange undertones are for folks with warm complextions

so not a bright red but a darker reddish-purpleish color
