I have a PS3 which is the new slim version that is equipped with a 120 GB Hard Drive. I haven't used this PS3 but for probably 4 hours total (I watched 2 Blu Ray DVDs, thats it). I am selling this PS3 with the wireless controller, the charging cable for the controller, and also Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

I am willing to sell this PS3 or trade it for an Xbox 360 (preferably the new black ones with a hard drive included with it), or I would take a trade for the last Xbox 360 that came out that had the HDMI output on the back. I don't want any junk that has been banned from the internet, nor do I want one with the RROD or one that has some problems. Let me know what all you have, (360, what size HD, wireless adapter if you don't have the new black one, games, etc). Also, if you are trading, I would expect that you include 1 or more controllers for it. The PS3 once again is BRAND NEW, you will be receiving it in the box packaged like it was from the store, and I would be glad to plug it in and get on the internet so you can see that everything works fine on it.

Also I am interested in all kinds of electronics, HD LED/LCD TV's, car audio equipment, hunting equipment (if you wanted to trade for a pistol and we could go register it to my name when we meet that would be great b/c either way I'm about to buy a pistol), and the last thing that I would be interested in trading for is any type of David Yurman Jewelry for women because I am about to purchase a bracelet and earrings for my GF for her Bday to go along with her ring. Just let me know what you have to trade, or what price you want to buy this for, and I will definitely take it into consideration. Thanks!

Perhaps you should look into what it takes to own a handgun in this state before you proceed any further.

Actually I have, I have a concealed weapon permit, and I'm realizing I would have to get whoever that was offering one to me to go to the courthouse and reregister it to me, but I appreciate the smart ass comment. Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to make comments insenuating a person doesn't know what they are doing.

I can accept your offer for $210 dollars I guess, but I would rather sell just the PS3, wireless controller, and charging cable for that. Would you be willing to pay $210 for the console and controller? You can just give me a call or text on my cell phone at 9107363858 anytime, day or night, and tell me if you can or not and if so, we can discuss when we are going to meet. Thanks, and by the way, my name is Carr.

$215 is as high as I can go and that would include the boxed up system and the one game.

ask Fumbler, but i'm pretty sure you don't have to register a pistol in your name unless you're in durham county...

In Wake County, you can be 18 years old or older to buy a rifle or shotgun, and must be 21 years of age to buy a pistol. When you go to buy the pistol, you must have a pistol permit with you when you purchase the pistol. If you buy a used shotgun or rifle, it doesn’t have to be registered, but if you purchase a used pistol from anywhere other than an authorized dealer, you have to go to the court house with the previous owner and they will sign a form and you will also sign a form (which shows that he signs he sold you the pistol and you are now the owner). If you didn’t get it registered to you, then lets say I could go find an ad in the gun section on here and buy a pistol from someone here in wake county, and tomorrow night I go rob a gas station with that gun and shoot someone with it, then throw it in the trash. If they found the gun, they would run the identification number on the pistol and you can damn well be sure they are going to be going to go hunt down the registered owner of the pistol at that time. So if the person I bought it from didn’t get it signed over to me when I bought it, he would be screwed 3 ways to Friday.

that's not correct, according to fumbler. you need a pistol buying permit or concealed handgun permit. if you use a pistol buying permit, you give one to the seller. if you have a concealed handgun permit you show it to the seller. there's nothing in the law that says you have to exchange or fill out any sort of form, unless you're in durham county.

Surprisingly, I wasn't trying to be a smart ass in my original post, just trying to offer a bit of friendly advice. However, not only are you wrong, but you are an idiot for further proving it.

^ I hope that you don't think my last response was directed toward you. Your posts have been spot on, very informative, and the OP would be wise to take your information to heart.
